The factory's car rims are engineered with precision for diverse vehicle applications, ranging from compact cars to luxury sedans and sports cars. Using 6061 forged aluminum, the rims undergo a 12-step manufacturing process: billet heating, forging, heat treatment, rough machining, stress relief, fine machining, balancing, painting, curing, testing, inspection, and packaging. Key specifications include sizes from 15x5J to 26x12J, load ratings up to 1200kg, and speed ratings exceeding 240km/h. The factory offers specialized rims for electric vehicles, such as Tesla models, with optimized offset and center bore dimensions to match electric motor torque requirements. For performance cars, the multi-piece rims allow width adjustments up to 305mm tire fitment, while off-road rims feature beadlock designs with 12mm thick lock rings for tire security. Each rim is laser-engraved with manufacturing date, batch number, and load/speed ratings for traceability.
