The ring is secured by 24-32 stainless steel bolts (12.9-grade), torqued to 90ft-lbs in a star pattern for uniform pressure distribution. This design prevents tire de-beading at pressures as low as 5PSI, critical for off-road racing and rock crawling. The wheel barrel is 8mm thick with a rolled lip for added strength, while the spoke design incorporates gussets for impact resistance. These wheels are tested in simulated off-road conditions, including 10,000 cycles of extreme articulation and rock impacts. Available in 17-22 inch sizes with aggressive matte finishes.
