The process starts with a 5-stage pre-treatment (degrease, etch, conversion coat) for maximum adhesion, followed by electrostatic powder coating (180°C cure) in any RAL or Pantone color. For premium finishes, we offer vacuum metallization for chrome-like effects, ceramic coatings for scratch resistance, and even hydro-dipping for complex patterns. The color layer is 80-100 microns thick, with a clear topcoat for UV protection. These wheels maintain structural integrity while allowing full color customization, perfect for show cars and personalized builds.
