Zhigu's beadlock wheel rim is engineered for extreme off-roading, featuring a 7075-T6 aluminum ring secured to a forged 6061-T6 aluminum wheel barrel. The ring is 3/16-inch thick with a knurled surface to grip the tire bead, while the barrel is 8mm thick with a rolled lip for added strength. A total of 24-32 stainless steel bolts (12.9-grade) secure the ring, torqued to 90ft-lbs in a star pattern for uniform pressure. This design prevents tire de-beading at pressures as low as 5PSI, ideal for rock crawling and desert racing. The rim is compatible with most 17-22 inch wheels and undergoes 10,000 cycles of dynamic testing to simulate extreme off-road conditions.
