The rims are joined using aerospace-grade titanium fasteners (12.9-grade), ensuring a secure and lightweight connection. Each rim undergoes ultrasonic testing for internal flaws and is stress-relieved through thermal cycling. A proprietary finishing process includes multi-layer powder coating and CNC-machined accents. These rims are certified to ISO 9001 and TS 16949 standards, ideal for high-end modifications and racing applications.
